Bicycles part of your life? uh, that’s deep. Let me try another questions then. Have you ever had a bike? If you think about it and dig down into your memory you will find them. One of your first toys, in your favorite movie, or one of your Christmas present. Look around, they are everywhere. Bicycles, as you know them today, are for fun and sports, but years ago they were used as a main way of transportation and even today some people can’t live without them.
I remember when I was younger that we would go on our rides to other schools and the kid with the coolest bike would get the popular girl. I never had the coolest bike, but there were other girls not that popular. Then we would ride to the beach, long ride by the way, with the lucky girl sitting in the back, and don’t you dare too stop to rest, we had to be strong and impress .Crazy huh? But at least was good exercise.
You can ride with me in this journey and we will go back in time, don’t worry just for a little bit, and see the first bikes. We will talk about some of the parts, essential parts, and their inventors. You know, the guys with funny mustache. I’ll show you some tours, maybe you'll grow some interest, and one of the tours become your next family vacation. Yes, I said it, bicycles and vacations, why not? You’ve got to try new things my friend.
We’ll do some basic repairs to our bikes and add some accessories to have the coolest one on the block. Maybe you’ll get the girl or boy next door to ride with you and then you come here and tell me all about it. I want to know!And if you don’t have one right now, I’ll show some bicycle companies, so you can find the brand that better fits you. It’s all about style. Then it comes the buying guide in case you don’t know how or don’t know what to look for. No worries, we’ll help you. When we all are set and ready, before riding, we’ll get some safety tips .We want the ride to be fun and enjoy it, so we need to be prepare on every aspect, ok?Like I said before, bicycles have been part of our life since we were kids, so is never a bad idea to know a little more about them and if you never had one, what are you waiting for?
